Cooking omelet from kindergarten:

Step 1: prepare the mixture.

Pour milk into a separate bowl. Then we drive 10 eggs there, salt and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Note - do not whisk, but mix. Mix well and set aside for now.

Step 2: bake an omelet.

We turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. Grease a frying pan with high sides with vegetable oil and put in the oven to warm up a little. As it warms up - we take out the pan, pour the egg and milk mixture into it and put it in the oven again. We bake exactly 30 minutes, and do not open the oven door for the first 10-15 minutes. In general, we try not to open the oven, otherwise the crust may not work.

Step 3: serve.

We take out the frying pan with the finished dish from the oven, cut it with a knife into the portion pieces directly in the pan. Then with a spatula we spread the portions on the plates and put a piece of butter on each portion. That's it, serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!

- - note that the omelet will rise during the baking process, so do not fill the form more than 2/3 of its height.

- - if your omelet turned out not as high as before in kindergarten - do not worry. The main secret of the kindergarten omelet is that they prepared a large number of servings in one form, because it was so high. Yes, the omelet rises during baking, but very slightly, and certainly not at times. Remember this.
