Ingredients for cooking scrambled eggs in pepper

  2. Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
  3. Cheese (hard) 30 gr.
  4. Toast bread 3 slices
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper, ground to taste
  7. Vegetable oil for frying to taste

Cooking fried eggs in pepper:

Step 1: Cook the fried eggs in pepper.

First of all, it is necessary to clean the bell pepper from the seeds and rinse well under cold running water. Then you need to cut it into middle rings, about 1.5-2 cm thick, not more. Next, we need toasted toast bread. To do this, we can use a toaster or just fry it on both sides in a pan (just do not overdo it with vegetable oil, it is better to lightly grease the pan with it). We put on a medium heat to heat the pan, after pouring the vegetable oil and spread the rings of bell pepper to fry. On top (in the middle) we drive in one egg, do not forget to salt and pepper. Fry for about 2 minutes, while the yolk should remain a little liquidy. Then sharply, but carefully turn over and still fry for about a minute.

Step 2: Serve the eggs in pepper.

Put fried toasts on a flat serving dish, and fried eggs in pepper on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese in advance and serve with fresh vegetables (or salad). Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you do not like liquid yolks in eggs, then you need to fry them for about one minute longer.

- - If you have a little bell pepper left, you can make a salad out of it.

- - Cheese can be sprinkled on top of the yolk, and only then turn the egg over.
