Cooking adjika apple:

Step 1: take the apples.

For adjika we take sweet and sour apples. We thoroughly rinse them, gently clean the knife from the peel, as the peel can ruin the taste of adjika. Then, cut out core and remove the bones. After which, on a cutting board chopped knife apples into small cubes, approximately 2x2. Put them aside.

Step 2: take the tomatoes.

It will be easier to remove it if a small, shallow cross-shaped incision is made at the base of the tomato with a sharp knife, this should be done carefully so as not to cut through the flesh of the tomato itself. Having cut all the tomatoes, put them in a pan in one layer and pour boiling water so that the water completely covers them. Keep tomatoes in the water 10 - 20 seconds. After the corners of the skin from the cuts begin to twist, drain the hot water and immediately fill them with cold running water. It is very easy to remove the skin from already chilled tomatoes by slightly pulling at the twisted corners with the blunt side of the knife. Peeled tomatoes cut on a cutting board with a knife into four parts and set aside.

Step 3: take sweet and hot red pepper.

We choose juicy, ripe and fragrant fruits. Meticulously rinse them under cold water and on a cutting board cut out they have stalks and seeds. Cut hot and sweet peppers in half. And once again, rinse well under water.

Step 4: take the carrots.

Step 5: take the garlic.

Take the garlic and we clean his knife from the skin. Then carefully rinse under cold water. Then, grind with a knife on a cutting board and set it aside.

Step 6: grind the ingredients.

Grind in a blender until smooth paste sweet and sour apples, tomatoes, peeled and cut into four parts, sweet and hot red peppers, diced carrots, cut into small cubes.

Step 7: Cook Adjika Apple.

We spread the ingredients crushed in a blender into an enameled pan and fill in their vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly. Next, put the pan on the gas stove and tomim vegetables and apples over medium heat about two hoursstirring with a wooden spoon. About 10 - 15 minutes until adjika is ready, add the garlic chopped with a knife into the pan and salt, mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. Let's boil more 3 - 5 minutes and remove from heat. Hot apple adjika roll up into clean and sterilized jars, turn over and let cool. Adjika apple is ready!
