Ingredients for Cooking Chopped Chicken Cutlets

Cooking chopped chicken cutlets:

Step 1: prepare the chicken meat.

Step 2: prepare the onions.

Step 3: marinate the meat with onions.

Break eggs into a plate, add mayonnaise and whisk a little with a whisk until smooth. We spread the egg-mayonnaise mixture in a bowl with chicken and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Cover the bowl with a lid. We put in a refrigerator at least for 2 hours. It is best to marinate the meat in the morning, and cutlets to cook in the evening, or leave overnight.

Step 4: prepare chopped chicken meatballs.

Add flour to the bowl with meat, mix with a spoon until smooth. Heat the pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Using a tablespoon, we form neat cutlets and put them in a pan. Fry over medium heat about 5 minutes. Then with a spatula we turn the patties and fry on the other side too 5 minutes. Then we reduce the heat and close the pan with a lid so that the meat becomes soft. Cooking about 10 minutes.

Step 5: serve the chopped chicken cutlets.

We put ready cutlets on portioned plates and serve hot with a side dish, for example mashed potatoes, vegetables, buckwheat. Enjoy your meal!
