Cooking cutlets from the marine language:

Step 1: prepare the fish.

It turns out such a fish as the sea language is a real delicacy! It is very tasty and healthy for our body. This ingredient contains fast-absorbing protein, substances such as taurine, iron, phosphorus, iodine and vitamins of groups A, B, D and E. It has already been proven that dishes from this fish in people with low acidity only stimulate appetite. In addition, the sea language normalizes blood pressure, cleanses blood vessels and improves metabolism in our body. That's why such a dish as cutlets from the sea language is not only very tasty, but first of all - healthy! Therefore, we will not be distracted, but first we unfreeze our main ingredient. To do this, put the fish in a deep plate and leave it for a while so that it becomes room temperature. Attention: In no case do not defrost the sea language with hot water or a microwave, as it can lose all its beneficial properties and taste. After that, we wash the component of the dish well under running warm water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Put the sea ingredient in portions in a blender bowl or in a meat grinder with a medium grill and grind it to the state of minced meat. Then put the fish mixture in a deep bowl and set aside for now.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse well under running water. Finely chop the ingredient on the cutting board no more than 3-5 millimeters. Shredded vegetable is transferred to a bowl with minced meat.

Step 3: prepare the cutlets from the marine language.

Add salt, fish spices and black ground pepper to your taste in a bowl with crushed products, pour half a meal of the required amount using a tablespoon according to the recipe and break the egg. Mix the components of the dish with a tablespoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Meanwhile, we put on a large fire a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. When the oil begins to warm up, make a small fire. Pour the remaining flour on a saucer. In order to form meatballs from minced meat, slightly wet our hands under running water so that the mixture does not stick, lay out about 2 tablespoons fish mass in the palm of your hand and form roundish cutlets. Then - on both sides, carefully roll each cutlet in flour and spread in a pan. Fry the dish in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. Attention: we place the cutlets in a container at a short distance from each other so that it is convenient to turn them over with the help of a wooden spatula. The approximate cooking time is 8-10 minutes at both sides. But it also depends on the pan, so it is best to determine the degree of readiness of fish cakes "by eye".

Step 4: serve the cutlets from the sea language.

When the cutlets from the sea language are fried from all sides, with the help of a fork we spread them on paper towels so that excess fat is stacked from them. And after - we can serve it. As a side dish, I usually add some porridge to the cutlets, for example, wheat or buckwheat and always fresh vegetables with herbs. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you want to make cutlets from the sea language even more tender and dietary, then after you have cooked the dish from all sides, add a few tablespoons of ordinary water to the pan and, having covered the lid, simmer another 5-7 minutes.

- - Such cutlets can also be cooked in a double boiler. Then they turn out to be very soft and even more useful, especially to those who are on a diet.

- - If you like to add hot spices to dishes, then do not overdo it when preparing fish cutlets from the sea language, as this fish is very delicate in taste and comes with almost no smell and pronounced taste. And spicy spices can kill the whole palette of the taste of the dish, so add such ingredients with extreme caution.

- - Tomato sauce can also be prepared for cutlets from the sea language. Thanks to this dressing, the dish will become even more delicious and will give a spicy pungency.
