Then transfer the chopped nut into a free bowl. Attention: if you want the nut to be larger pieces, then put the kernels on a cutting board and chop them into small pieces with a kitchen knife.

Step 3: prepare the flour.

Sift flour through a sieve into a clean bowl. Thus, we not only remove lumps from our ingredient, but also enrich it with oxygen from the air. To prepare our baking, we use high-quality wheat flour of the highest grade, fine grinding and the brand you have verified.

Step 4: prepare the chocolate-flour mixture.

From a container with sifted flour ingredient using a measuring cup, we collect 100 grams of flour and transfer it to a separate small bowl. Then, in the same container, using a tablespoon and a teaspoon, add cocoa powder and baking powder. Using a tablespoon, mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous bulk mixture.

Step 5: prepare the dough.

Pour warm water into a separate bowl, preheated to a temperature 35 ° -37 ° C and pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar into the liquid. Using a tablespoon, mix all the ingredients well until the sugar is completely dissolved in water. Then we pour vegetable oil into the same container and again mix all the ingredients well. After - pour the chocolate-flour mixture into the same bowl and again mix all the ingredients very well together. Now it remains to add the remaining sifted flour to all the components. It must be added gradually and in small portions, while constantly interfering with the test mass so that it does not form lumps. The dough consistency is obtained as a thick sour cream. Then add crushed nut and raisins to the dough. And again, using a tablespoon, very carefully mix all the ingredients together until a homogeneous test mass is formed.

Step 6: prepare lean chocolate gingerbread.

Using a pastry brush, grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish with vegetable oil, and then lightly sprinkle this container with flour. Attention: if your baking dish is metal, then after you grease it with vegetable oil, cover the container with parchment paper. Then pour the batter from the bowl into the mold. Using a tablespoon, evenly distribute the test mass over its entire surface so that the dough is baked evenly. Preheat oven to temperature 180 ° C and with the help of kitchen gloves we put the form with the dough into the oven. Bake a lean chocolate muffin for 35-40 minutes in the set temperature mode. To check the readiness of baking, just pierce its middle with a toothpick. If it stays dry after getting it out of the middle of the baking, it means that our broom is ready and you can get it out of the oven. Attention: if the top of the carrot is already browned, and the middle of the baking is still damp (bite can be seen on the toothpick with batter), then cover the dish with food foil and cook until our baking is completely baked. We turn off the oven and with the help of kitchen gloves we get the form with our dish. Allow the baking to cool to room temperature, and then remove it from the mold and transfer to a wide dish.

Step 7: serve the lean chocolate gingerbread.

Using a kitchen knife, we cut a lean chocolate mace into portioned pieces and serve the dish to the dessert table. Our pastries not only turned out magnificent and fragrant, but also amazingly tasty.
