Donuts with ice cream


in a large bowl I put flour, to which I added sour cream, lard, sugar, salt, crushed yeast pieces

I then added about 100ml of hot water, a little oil and kneaded

add enough water to get a firm dough that you leave to rise for about 40-50 minutes

on the worktop sprinkled with flour spread a sheet with a thickness of about 2cm

with the help of two glasses (one large and one small) cut circles in the dough (first a large circle that you cut inside with the help of the small glass and remove the dough from the inside)

bake in a pan with hot oil. the fire must not be too strong so that the oil does not burn.

remove with a spatula so that the oil drains

when they have cooled, they are powdered with sugar

place on plates, drown in ice cream :))) and garnish with melted chocolate



Delicious homemade ice cream

For any ice cream recipe you can use an ice cream maker and you will get a creamier product without ice needles. If you use the ice cream machine then do not forget to keep the appliance tank in the freezer according to the manufacturer's specifications. After you have mixed the ice cream with the ice cream machine, if you want a stronger consistency then put the ice cream in the freezer for another 2-3 hours.

Chocolate icecream

Ingredient:

  • Yolks 4 pcs
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Cocoa 50 g
  • Dark chocolate 100 g
  • Old 150 g

***Do not forget to put the ice cream bowl in the freezer for the period of time specified by the manufacturer.
Method of preparation:

Step 1. In a bowl sift the cocoa over 500 ml of milk and mix with a whisk.

Step 2. Put the bowl on the bain-marie and add the dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts. Take it off the fire.

Step 3. Put the yolks in a bowl and mix with the sugar.

Step 4. Put on the fire in a bain-marie.

Step 5. Add the chocolate composition.

Step 6. Stir continuously for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool in the refrigerator.

Step 7. When it has cooled, stir a few more times and pour into the ice cream maker. Wait until it reaches the desired consistency.

If you want the ice cream to be harder then put it in the freezer for another 2-3 hours.

Vanilla ice cream

Ingredient:

  • Liquid cream 35% 400 ml
  • Fatty milk 250 ml
  • Old 150 g
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

***Do not forget to put the ice cream bowl in the freezer for the period of time specified by the manufacturer.

Method of preparation:

Step 1. In a saucepan put half of the liquid cream and sugar. Stir over low heat until the sugar melts.

Step 2. Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until cool.

Step 3. When it has cooled, take it out of the fridge, stir a little more with the whisk and pour into the ice cream maker. Leave until it reaches the desired consistency.

If you want ice cream harder then put it in the freezer for another 2-3 hours.

Fruit ice cream

Ingredient:

  • Raspberries 200 g
  • Strawberries 100 g
  • Cold liquid cream 200 ml
  • Condensed milk 400 g
  • Optional 1-2 teaspoons of honey

Do not forget to put the ice cream bowl in the freezer for the period of time specified by the manufacturer.

Method of preparation:

Step 1. Wash the raspberries and let them drain well. If water remains on the fruit, it will turn into ice needles during preparation. Then mix the raspberries with a vertical blender until they turn into a puree.

Step 2. Pass the puree through a sieve to separate the seeds. Set aside the composition obtained.

Step 3. In a bowl, beat the whipped cream until it becomes hard (liquid cream should stay in the fridge overnight and the bowl for at least an hour) Then add the condensed milk and mix until completely combined.

Step 4. Then add the raspberry puree.

Step 5. Add the chopped apses and mix with a spatula. Put the whole composition in the ice cream maker. Wait until it reaches the desired consistency.

If you want ice cream harder then put it in the freezer for another 2-3 hours.

& # 8211 180 gr sugar

Beat eggs with some sugar (120 gr), the rest of the sugar is mixed with cocoa. Beat the eggs until light in color, then add the cocoa (mixed with the sugar).
Put the milk to boil, when it froths on the edges it stops. Pour the milk over the eggs, little by little.
Put the whole composition on a steam bath and leave until it thickens (leave a film on a wooden spoon). Cool in cold water and stir continuously.
Beat the cream until it becomes frizz, then add vanilla and the rest of the composition.

Twice, every hour, I take out ice cream and a mixture so as not to make ice scales.

I don't like cocoa ice cream, so I gave up cocoa and made a krantz that I mixed in the ice cream after the first hour.
Ingredients for krantz: 150 g of sugar melt and add a fairy walnut kernel, cut, mix and pour on a damp surface.

How to prepare this donut recipe is very simple. Basically mix all the ingredients, then fry the donuts in a hot oil bath. The donuts will be soft on the inside, fluffy and fragrant thanks to the lemon peel.

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 200 ml of sunflower oil
  1. Take a sheet of puff pastry out of the fridge, unwrap it and grease it with beaten egg. Divide it into 3 equal parts and cut it. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and place the puff pastry sheets like a sandwich, one on top of the other. We cut the puff pastry into round pieces with the mouth of a glass and then again in the center, with a small glass, so that our donuts come out like a ring. Remove the small part from the center and fry that one as well.
  1. It is good to fry the donuts in a small saucepan so that the oil covers the donuts and they can swell without flattening. Fry them one at a time or two at a time, each in a saucepan, over medium to low heat. The oil must be heated well before putting the donuts so that they do not absorb too much oil. When they are ready, take them out on kitchen paper and sprinkle them with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  1. Prepare the icing for the donuts by mixing 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Put the milk little by little and mix taking care that the icing does not come out too thin.

The donuts can be served simple or with ice cream of different flavors. If we serve them simple, when they have cooled, we decorate them with the icing that we put with a spoon, letting it flow. If we serve them with ice cream, we put on each ice cream donut of different flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberries, pistachios (according to preference) and garnish with icing on top.
